Penelitian ini dilakukan di pt bank syariah indonesia (eks bsm) area aceh konsolidasi dengan objek penelitian adalah kecerdasan emosional, lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja pegawai. sampel ditentukan sebanyak 150 orang secara proporsional. kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan peralatan amos dengan teknik structural equation modeling (sem). hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai. lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai. kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. motivasi memediasi pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja pegawai. motivasi memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. kata kunci : kecerdasan emosional, lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja



Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (eks BSM) Area Aceh Consolidation with the object of research is emotional intelligence, work environment, work motivation, and employee performance. The sample is determined by 150 people proportionally. Then the data were analyzed using AMOS equipment with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques. The results of the study prove that emotional intelligence has an effect on employee work motivation. The work environment has an effect on employee work motivation. Emotional intelligence has an effect on employee performance. The work environment has an effect on employee performance. Motivation has an effect on employee performance. Motivation mediates the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance.
