Pengaruh infusa daun malaka (phyllanthus emblica) terhadap jumlah eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin dan hematokrit tikus jantan (rattus norvegicus) anemia yang di induksi streptozotocin abstrak tumbuhan malaka (p. emblica) merupakan tanaman liar yang memiliki banyak khasiat dan bahan aktif berupa alkaloid, flavonoid, tanin, saponin, dan terpenoid. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh pemberian infusa daun malaka (p. emblica) terhadap jumlah eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin dan hematokrit pada tikus putih jantan (rattus norvegicus) anemia yang telah diinduksikan streptozotocin. streptozotocin diinduksikan sekali dengan dosis 30 mg/kgbb, pemberian infusa daun malaka dilakukan pada hari ke-8 sampai hari ke-14 secara berturut-turut. pengambilan darah dilakukan pada hari ke-15, dan pemeriksaan darah menggunakan hematology analyzer. data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan metode anova (analisis of varians). hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh perubahan jumlah eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin, dan hematokrit pada tikus putih jantan (rattus norvegicus) yang diinduksi streptozotocin. kesimpulan dari penelitian ini infusa daun malaka (p.emblica) dapat meningkatkan jumlah eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin, dan hematokrit tikus putih jantan (rattus norvegicus). kata kunci: phyllanthus emblica, streptozotocin, anemia, rattus norvegicus, infusa



Abstract

THE EFFECT OF MALAKA LEAVES (Phyllanthus emblica) INFUSION ON THE ERYTHROCYTE COUNT, HEMOGLOBIN AND HEMATOCRIT LEVELS OF STREPTOZOTOCIN-INDUCED ANEMIC MALE RATS (Rattus norvegicus) ABSTRACT The Malacca plant (P. emblica) is a wild plant with several properties and active substances, including alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins, and terpenoids. The objective of this study is to determine the effect of infusion of Malacca leaves (P. emblica) on the erythrocyte count, hemoglobin, and hematocrit levels in streptozotocin-induced anemic white male rats (Rattus norvegicus). Streptozotocin was induced once at a dose 30mg/kg of body weight, and the infusion of Malacca leaves was carried out consecutively from the 8th to the 14th day. Blood was drawn on the 15th day and a hematology analyzer was employed to conduct blood testing. The data obtained were analyzed using the ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) method. The findings of the study show an impact of changes in the erythrocyte count and hemsoglobin as well as hematocrit levels in male white rats (Rattus norvegicus). The conclusions of this study Malacca leaves (P. emblica) can increase the erythrocyte, hemoglobin, and hematocrit levels of male white rats (Rattus norvegicus).
