Rumput teki merupakan salah satu jenis gulma yang susah diberantas dan dapat menurunkan hasil panen pada lahan pertanian. pengendalian gulma ini dapat menggunakan herbisida alami yang ramah lingkungan salah satunya, yaitu limbah serai wangi. serai wangi merupakan tumbuhan yang mengandung senyawa kimia yang dapat menghambat pertumbuhan gulma. tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan ragi dalam ekstrak limbah daun serai wangi terhadap pengendalian rumput teki. penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen, rancangan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap (ral) non faktorial terdiri dari 6 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. perlakuan yang digunakan adalah p0 (kontrol negatif), p1 (1 ltr ekstrak limbah daun serai wangi ditambah 60 gram ragi), p2 (1 ltr ekstrak limbah daun serai wangi ditambah 70 gram ragi), p3 (1 ltr ekstrak limbah daun serai wangi ditambah 80 gram ragi), p4 (1 ltr ekstrak limbah daun serai wangi ditambah 90 gram ragi) dan p5 (1 ltr ekstrak limbah daun serai wangi ditambah 100 gram ragi). parameter penelitian adalah waktu dan mortalitas rumput teki. data dianalisis menggunakan analisis varian (anava) dan akan dilanjutkan berupa uji jarak nyata duncan (jntd). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai fhitung ˃ ftabel pada taraf signifikan 0,05%. simpulan penelitian ini adalah penambahan ragi dalam ekstrak limbah daun serai wangi dapat mengendalikan rumput teki. kata kunci: rumput teki, limbah serai wangi, ragi, herbisida alami

This research uses an experimental method, the design used is a non-factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 6 treatments and 4 replicates. consisting of 6 treatments and 4 replicates.
