Pedagogical content knowledge (pck) adalah hasil perpaduan antara pemahaman terhadap materi ajar dan keterampilan pedagogi. pck adalah kemampuan guru dalam mengaitkan pengetahuan materi ajar yang akan diajarkan dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang tepat sesuai dengan keadaan peserta didik. untuk menilai perangkat pembelajaran yang disusun maka diperlukan instrumen penilaian. instrumen penilaian diuji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. uji validasi yaitu untuk mengukur instrumen penelitian yang digunakan layak menilai bahan penelitian. uji reliabilitas yaitu untuk mengukur konsistensi instrumen penelitian. tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk menguji validitas dan reliabel instrumen penilaian kemampuan pck calon guru biologi dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran. penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. populasi penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa ppg universitas syiah kuala. sampel yang digunakan yaitu perangkat pembelajaran mahasiswa ppg biologi dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. hasil analisis data pada uji validitas aiken’s v yaitu instrumen dinyatakan valid dan uji reliabilitas alpha cronbach didapatkan nilai sebesar 0,728 dinyatakan tingkat reliabilitas tinggi. kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu instrumen penilaian kemampuan pck calon guru biologi dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran dinyatakan layak digunakan dan reliabel. kata kunci: instrumen, pck, reliabilitas, rpp, validitas

Abstract
Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) is the result of a combination of understanding of teaching material and pedagogical skills. PCK is the teacher's ability to link knowledge of the teaching material to be taught using appropriate learning methods according to the students' circumstances. To assess the learning tools that have been prepared, an assessment instrument is needed. The assessment instrument was tested for validation and reliability testing. The validation test is to measure the research instruments used to assess the research material. The reliability test is to measure the consistency of the research instrument. The aim of the research is to test the validity and reliability of the instrument for assessing the PCK abilities of prospective biology teachers in compiling learning tools. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The population of this research is PPG students at Syiah Kuala University. The sample used was a PPG Biology student learning tool using purposive sampling technique. The data obtained was analyzed using validity and reliability tests. The results of data analysis in the Aiken's V validity test were that the instrument was declared valid and the Cronbach Alpha reliability test obtained a value of 0.728, which was declared a high level of reliability.
