Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja lulusan; pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja lulusan; pengaruh daya serap lulusan terhadap kinerja lulusan; pengaruh kinerja lulusan terhadap daya serap lulusan; pengaruh kompetensi guru, motivasi terhadap kinerja lulusan yang dimoderasi oleh daya serap lulusan smk di aceh. penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi dan mengevaluasi hubungan antara variabel independen (kompetensi guru dan motivasi) serta variabel moderasi (daya serap lulusan) dengan variabel dependen (kinerja lulusan). populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa dari smk 3 banda aceh. dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling acak stratifikasi. sampel yang diambil mencakup 244 siswa yang terdiri dari 4 siswa laki-laki dan 240 siswa perempuan. hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai f (f value) sebesar 3234.121 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. nilai signifikansi kompetensi guru adalah 0.000, dengan nilai t sebesar 82.245 artinya kompetensi guru memiliki pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap kinerja lulusan, menunjukkan bahwa kualitas guru berperan penting dalam mencapai prestasi siswa. selanjutnya nilai signifikansi untuk variabel motivasi adalah 0,000, dengan nilai t sebesar 5.821 artinya motivasi siswa juga memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan pada kinerja lulusan, menekankan pentingnya motivasi dalam mendukung prestasi akademik. namun, nilai signifikansi untuk variabel daya serap lulusan adalah 0.005, dengan nilai t sebesar -2.825 yang artinya daya serap lulusan memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan pada kinerja lulusan, menunjukkan adanya tantangan dalam kemampuan siswa untuk memahami dan menyerap materi pelajaran. kompetensi guru, motivasi terhadap kinerja lulusan mampu dimoderasi oleh daya serap lulusan pada smk di aceh.

This research aims to determine the effect of motivation on graduate performance; the influence of teacher competency on graduate performance; the influence of graduates' absorptive capacity on graduates' performance; the influence of graduate performance on graduate absorption capacity; The influence of teacher competence and motivation on graduate performance is moderated by the absorption capacity of vocational school graduates in Aceh. The research uses regression analysis and evaluates the relationship between the independent variables (teacher competency and motivation) and the moderating variable (graduate absorption capacity) with the dependent variable (graduate performance). The population in this study were students from SMK 3 Banda Aceh. The sampling technique used in this research is a stratified random sampling technique. The samples taken included 244 students consisting of 4 male students and 240 female students. The research results show that the F value is 3234.121 with a significance level of 0.000. The significance value of teacher competency is 0.000, with a t value of 82.245, meaning teacher competency has a very significant influence on graduate performance, indicating that teacher quality plays an important role in achieving student achievement. Furthermore, the significance value for the motivation variable is 0.000, with a t value of 5.821, meaning that student motivation also has a significant positive influence on graduate performance, emphasizing the importance of motivation in supporting academic achievement. However, the significance value for the graduate absorptive capacity variable is 0.005, with a t value of -2.825, which means that graduate absorptive capacity has a negative and significant influence on graduate performance, indicating that there are challenges in students' ability to understand and absorb lesson material. Teacher competency and motivation for graduate performance can be moderated by the absorption capacity of graduates at vocational schools in Aceh.
