Analisa kebutuhan publik dalam penggunaan angkutan trans koetaradja di ibukota provinsi aceh oleh : nita ramayanti nim : 1209200010031 pembimbing : 1. prof. dr. mohd. nur syechalad, ms 2. dr. abd. jamal, se, m. si abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kebutuhan publik dalam penggunaan angkutan massal khusunya bus trans koetaradja di ibukota provinsi aceh. model analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model analisis load factor. berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kebutuhan bus trans koetaradja pada koridor 1 dapat dikatakan kelebihan suplay sebanyak 4 unit dengan faktor muat sebesar 52,63 persen dan waktu antara 1,05 menit. kebutuhan bus trans koetaradja pada koridor 2a dapat dikatakan kelebihan suplay sebanyak 1 unit dengan faktor muat sebesar 78,94 persen dan waktu antara 0,42 menit kebutuhan bus trans koetaradja pada koridor 2b dapat dikatakan kelebihan suplay sebanyak 1 unit dengan faktor muat sebesar 72,36 persen dan waktu antara 0,45 menit. alternatif solusi yang dapat diberikan terkait kebutuhan armada trans koetaradja adalah bus trans koetaradja harus menerapkan waktu antara sesuai dengan aturan dirjen perhubungan darat yaitu 5-10 menit, supaya faktor muat dapat dioptimalakan untuk setiap kendaraan. karena aturan ini tidak diterapkan dengan baik sehingga terkesan kebutuhan bus trans koetaradja ini pada setiap koridor kekurangan padahal kelebihan suplay. kata kunci : kebutuhan publik terhadap angkutan massal khususnya bus trans koetaradja an analysis of public needs in the use of transkutaraja transportation in the capital city of aceh province written by : nita ramayanti student id number : 1209200010031 supervisors : 1. prof. dr. mohd. nur syechalad, ms 2. dr. abd. jamal, se, m. si abstract this study aims to determine the level of public needs in the use of mass transit especially bus trans koetaradja in the capital of aceh province. the analysis model used in this research is load factor analysis model. based on the research result, it is found that the need of trans koetaradja bus in corridor 1 can be said that the excess supply is 4 units with load factor of 52.63 percent and the time between 1.05 minutes. the need of trans koetaradja bus in corridor 2a can be said that the excess supply of 1 unit with load factor of 78.94 percent and the time between 0.42 minutes the need of trans koetaradja bus in corridor 2b can be said excess supply of 1 unit with load factor of 72,36 percent and time between 0.45 minutes. alternative solutions that can be given related to the needs of the trans koetaradja fleet is the trans koetaradja bus must apply the time between in accordance with the dirjen of land transportation regulations is 5-10 minutes, so that the load factor can be optimized for each vehicle. because this rule is not well implemented so as to impress the needs or the number of trans koetaradja buses on each corridor the actual deficiency is the excess supply. keywords: public needs on mass transportation especially bus trans koetaradja
