Studi ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh inovasi organisasi dan inovasi teknologi terhadap kinerja organisasi dinas peternakan aceh yang dimediasi oleh kualitas pelayanan kesehatan hewan.populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 188 petugas layanan kesehatan hewan kabupaten/kota di provinsi aceh. jumlah sampel ditetapkan sebanyak 128petugas melalui metode slovin. data dianalisis dengan structural equation modelling (sem) analysis of moment structures (amos). hasil pengujian langsung menyimpulkan bahwa inovasi organisasi dan inovasi teknologi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan hewan dan kinerja organisasi dinas peternakan aceh. selanjutnya, kualitas pelayanan kesehatan hewan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi dinas peternakan aceh. hasil pengujian tidak langsung menemukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan kesehatan hewan memediasi secara partially mediated pengaruh inovasi organsasi terhadap kinerja organisasi dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan hewan memediasi secara fully mediated pengaruh inovasi teknologi terhadap kinerja organisasi dinas peternakan aceh.

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational innovation and technological innovation on organizational performance in Aceh Livestock Service mediated by the quality of animal health service. The research population was 118 district/city animal health service officersin Aceh province. There were 128 officers chosen as the sample through Slovin method. Data were analysed by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS). The direct test results conclude that organizational innovation and technological innovation have a positive and significant effect on the quality of animal health service and the organizational performance in Aceh Livestock Service. Furthermore, the quality of animal healthservice has a positive and significant impact on the organizational performance of the Aceh Livestock Service. The results of the indirect test found that the quality of animal health services partially mediates the effect of organizational innovation on organizational performance and the quality of animal health servicefully mediates the effect of technological innovation on the organizational performance of the Aceh Livestock Service.
