Ringkasan salah satu masalah yang sering dihadapi oleh pelaku ekonomi ketika merencanakan pendirian usaha adalah menganalisis kelayakan usaha. penetapan dan perhitungan biaya produksi, analisis laba rugi, jumlah modal dan laba. tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis jumlah biaya yang diperlukan dalam produksi serta mengetahui kelayakan usaha potatocoy yang sedang dijalankan. lokasi tugas akhir terletak di banda aceh jalan keluarga no. 5, kecamatan kuta raja kampung keudah. objek dan ruang lingkup tugas akhir ini membahas pengolahan sayuran kentang dan pakcoy menjadi suatu produk usaha yaitu potatocoy serta dianalisis kelayakan usahanya. metode observasi yang digunakan pada kelayakan usaha potatocoy yaitu dengan menggunakan rumus analisis biaya produksi, pendapatan dan jumlah keuntungan. dan untuk menghitung kalayakan pada usaha ini, menggunakan rumus break event point, revenue cost ratio dan return of investment. hasil dari analisis ini diperoleh nilai r/c = 1.03, roi = 3.9 %, bep harga rp 5041, bep produk = 48 box dengan total keuntungan sebesar rp 476.000/ bulan. maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa usaha potatocoy layak untuk dijalankan.

ABSTRACT One of the problems often faced by economic actors when planning a business establishment is analyzing business feasibility. Determination and calculation of production costs, analysis of profit and loss, total capital, and profit. This final project aims to analyze the number of costs required in production and determine the feasibility of Potatocoy's business that is being run. The location of Final Project is located in Banda Aceh, Jalan Keluarga No. 5, Kuta Raja District, Kedah Village. The object and scope of this final project discuss the processing of potato and Pak Choy vegetables into a business product, namely Potatocoy, and analyze its business feasibility. The observation method used in Potatocoy's business feasibility is to use the formula for analyzing production costs, income, and total profits. And to calculate the feasibility of this business, using the Break Event Point formula, Revenue Cost Ratio and Return on Investment. The results of this analysis obtained the value of R/C = 1.03, ROI = 3.9%, BEP Price Rp 5041, BEP Product = 48 boxes with a total profit of Rp 476.000/month. So it can be concluded that Potatocoy's business is feasible to run.
