Rumusan masalah adalah (1) Apa saja konflik psikologis yang dialami tokoh utama? dan (2) Apa saja faktor yang menyebabkan konflik psikologis tokoh utama? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mendeskripsikan konflik psikologis yang dialami tokoh utama dan (2) mendeskripsikan faktor yang menyebabkan konflik psikologis tokoh utama. Manfaat penelitian adalah secara teoritis bermanfaat dalam memperkuat teori psikologi sastra dan secara praktis bermanfaat untuk mempermudah dan menginformasika pembaca. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan psikologi sastra dengan metode kualitatif deskripstif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah novel Bulan di Langit Pedir karya H. Azmi Abubakar, Lc. Novel ini diterbitkan pada tahun 2017 oleh Bandar Publishing dengan tebal 110 halaman. Data penelitian adalah konflik psikologis tokoh utama dalam novel Bulan di Langit Pedir karya H. Azmi Abubakar, Lc. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah membaca dan mencatat. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini konflik psikologis yang didapatkan ada empat, yaitu approach-approach conflict (konflik mendekat-mendekat), approach-avoidance conflict (konflik mendekat-menjauh), avoidance- avoidance conflict (konflik menjauh-menjauh), dan multiple approach-avoidance conflict (konflik mendekat-menjauh ganda). Selanjutnya, hasil dari faktor yang menyebabkan konflik psikologi adalah faktor personal dan faktor situasional. Faktor personal yang telah diperoleh dari hasil penelitian meliputi faktor biologis dan faktor sosiopsikologis. Faktor yang berpengaruh sosiopsikologis ada delapan motif, yaitu motif ingin tahu, motif kompetensi, motif cinta, motif harga diri dan kebutuhan mencari indentitas, motif nilai, kedambaan, dan makna kehidupan, motif kebutuhan akan pemenuhan diri, motif sikap, dan motif emosi. Faktor yang mempengaruhi situasional ada tujuh faktor, yaitu faktor ekologis, faktor temporal, faktor suasana perilaku, faktor sosial, faktor psikososial, faktor stimuli mendorong dan memperteguh perilaku, dan faktor budaya.

Keyword: Psychological conflict, Psychological factors, Bulan di Langit Pedir The formulation of the problem is (1) what are the forms of psychological conflict? and (2) what are the factors that cause psychological conflict? The aims of this research are (1) to describe the forms of psychological conflict and (2) the factor psychological conflict. the benefits of research are theoretically useful in strengthening the theory of literary psychology and practically useful to facilitate and provide information for readers. This study uses a psychological approach with descriptive qualitative methods.The source of the data used for this research material is the novel Bulan di Langit Pedir by H. AzmI Abubakar, Lc. This novel was published in 2017 by Bandar Publishing with 110 pages thick. The research data is the psychological conflict of the main chacter in the novel Bulan di Langit Pedir by H. AzmI Abubakar, Lc. The data collection technique used is the reading and note-taking technique. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively. The result of this study is that the main character experiences a psychological conflct, namely an approach-approach conflict, approach-avoidance conflict, avoidance- avoidance conflict, and multiple approach-avoidance conflict. The causative factors are personal factors and situasional factors. Personal factors include biological factors dan sociopsychological factors. Sociopsychological factors that influence are curiosity motives, competence motives, love motives, self-esteem motives and the need for identity seeking, value motives, longing, and the meaning of life, need for self-fulfillement motives, attitude motives, and emotional motives. Situasional factor that influence include ecological factors, temporal factors, temporal factors, social factors, psychosocial factors, stimulus factors that encorurage and reinforce behavior, and cultural factors.
