ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari taktik manajemen kesan (supervisor-focused, self-focused dan job-focused) dan perilaku kewargaan organisasional terhadap kinerja. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Dari 190 kuisioner yang disebarkan, hanya 120 kuisioner yang dapat dianalisis. Stratified random sampling digunakan sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Teknik ini digunakan dengan menjadikan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel untuk penelitian. Metode analisis Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa taktik manajemen kesan (supervisor-focused, self-focused dan job-focused) dan perilaku kewargaan organisasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, taktik manajemen kesan (supervisor-focused dan self-focused) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasional, sedangkan taktik manajemen kesan job-focused tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasional. Selain itu diperoleh hasil bahwa perilaku kewargaan organisasi memediasi secara sempurna pengaruh taktik manajemen kesan supervisor-focused terhadap kinerja dan memediasi secara pasial taktik manajemen kesan self-focused terhadap kinerja. Sedangkan pengaruh taktik manajemen kesan job-focused terhadap kinerja tidak dapat dimediasikan.

ABSTRACT
The aims of this study are to investigate the effect of impression management tactics (supervisor-focused, self-focused and job-focused) and organizational citizenship behavior on performance. The students at Economics Faculty of Unsyiah Banda Aceh is taken as a sample in this study. The method of this study used a questionnaire as a research instrument. As much of 190 questionnaires distributed, only just 120 questionnaires which can be analyzed. Stratified random sampling was used as a sampling technique. This technique is used to make the whole population as the sample for the study. Hierarchical Linear Modeling methods of analysis are used to determine the influence of the variables involved. The results of this study indicate that impression management tactics (supervisor-focused, self-focused and job-focused) and organizational citizenship behavior influential significantly against performance, impression management tactics (supervisor-focused and self-focused) influential significantly against organizational citizenship behavior. The study also shows that impression management tactics job-focused not influence significantly on organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, the results showed that organizational citizenship behavior has perfectly mediated of tactics supervisor-focused impression management on performance and partially mediated the self-impression management tactics focused on performance. While the influence of impression management tactics job-focused on performance can not be mediated by organizational citizenship.
