Teknologi digital era 4.0, banyak sumber-sumber bacaan telah dikemas dalam bentuk elektronik, salah satunya dalam bentuk e-Book. Mahasiswa lebih mudah untuk memperoleh sumber bacaan yang murah dan praktis. e-Book memberikan informasi dan ilmu terbaru yang sangat kompetitif dan bermutu. Penggunaan e-Book membantu mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas kuliah. Pengaruh penggunaan e-book oleh mahasiswa terhadap prestasi belajarnya difokuskan sebagai permasalahan kajian penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penggunaan e-Book sebagai bagian dari variabel bebas terhadap capaian IPK mahasiswa sebagai salah satu parameter hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses perkuliahan selanjutnya. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis deskriptif; data diperoleh tanpa adanya perlakuan. Populasi adalah mahasiswa dari Jurusan Pendidikan Fisika FKIP USK leting 2018, 2019 dan 2020 yang berjumlah 94 mahasiswa. Pada proses wawancara, hanya 45 mahasiswa yang merespon angket dengan benar dan seluruhnya digunakan sebagai sampel. Data adalah keadaan penggunaan e-Book oleh mahasiswa yang diperoleh melalui wawancara menggunakan angket tertulis dan nilai IPK mahasiswa, yang diperoleh dari dekumentasi. Statistik non-parametrik digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil analisis, diperoleh empat kelompok keadaan penggunaan e-book oleh mahasiswa, yaitu; rendah, sedang, tinggi dan sangat tinggi. Hasil uji Kruskal Wallis terhadap IPK mahsiswa, diperoleh bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang segnifikan dari IPK mahasiswa antara ke empat kelompok. Disimpulkan bahwa, penggunaan e-Book tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Fisika FKIP USK.

In the Digital technology era 4.0, many reading sources have been packaged in electronic form, one of which is in the form of ebooks. It is easier for students to obtain reading sources, so they have the opportunity to obtain the latest information and knowledge in a competitive and quality manner. The use of e-books helps students in completing college assignments, increasing their knowledge, and broadening their horizons, so that it affects their learning achievement. The effect of the use of e-books by students on their learning achievement is focused on the problem of this research study. The purpose of this study was to study the effect of the parameters of the use of e-books as part of the independent variable on student GPA achievement as one of the parameters of learning outcomes. The results of the research are used to improve the quality of the next lecture process. This research is descriptive type; data obtained without any treatment. The population is students from the Department of Physics Education FKIP USK Letting 2018, 2019 and 2020, totaling 94 students. In the interview process, only 45 students responded correctly to the questionnaire and all of them were used as samples. Data is the state of use of e-books by students obtained through interviews using written questionnaires and student GPA scores, which were obtained from the documentation. Non-parametric statistics were used to analyze the data. The results of the analysis obtained four groups of conditions for the use of e-books by students, namely; low, medium, high and very high. The results of the Kruskal Wallis test on student GPAs, it was found that there was no significant difference in student GPAs between the four groups. It was concluded that the use of e-books had no significant effect on student achievement in the Department of Physics Education FKIP USK.
