Abstrak
Studi komunitas makrozoobenthos mangrove biasanya hanya terfokus pada struktur komunitas, tetapi interaksi yang lebih kompleks dan hubungan antara habitat dengan biota sulit dilakukan. Permasalahan tersebut terjadi akibat pengambilan contoh dan pengukuran data habitat mangrove yang sulit, sehingga asosiasi dan interaksi makrozoobentos dengan mangrove belum sepenuhnya dipublikasikan dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian yaitu menganalisis komposisi spesies makrozoobenthos, komposisi spesies mangrove dan menganalisis asosiasi spesies makrozoobenthos dengan spesies mangrove serta menganalisis interaksi yang terjadi antara spesies makrozoobenthos dengan spesies mangrove yang terdapat di kawasan ekosistem mangrove Pantai Naga Permai Kecamatan Kuala Pesisir Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode sampel kuadrat. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah spesies makrozoobenthos dan spesies mangrove yang terdapat di dalam setiap stasiun pengamatan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Bulan Desember 2021. Parameter yang diukur yaitu komposisi spesies makrozoobenthos, komposisi spesies mangrove, asosiasi spesies makrozoobenthos dengan spesies mangrove dan interaksi spesies makrozoobenthos dengan spesies mangrove. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa komposisi spesies makrozoobenthos yang berasosiasi dengan ekosistem mangrove yakni terdiri dari 2 filum, 3 kelas, 7 famili dengan 16 spesies. Komposisi Spesies Mangrove ditemukan sebanyak 10 spesies tumbuhan yang menduduki kawasan pantai naga permai termasuk dalam kategori mangrove sejati Asosiasi antara makrozobenthos dengan mangrove di kawasan ekosistem mangrove Pantai Naga Permai Kecamatan Kuala Pesisir Kabupaten Nagan Raya termasuk kedalam asosiasi sedang. Interaksi antara spesies makrozoobenthos dengan spesies mangrove di kawasan ekosistem mangrove Pantai Naga Permai Kecamatan Kuala Pesisir Kabupaten Nagan Raya yaitu interaksi positif.

These problems occur due to the difficulty of sampling and measuring mangrove habitat data, so the associations and interactions of macrozoobenthos with mangroves have not been fully published properly. The objectives of the study were to analyze the composition of macrozoobenthos species, the composition of mangrove species and to analyze the association of macrozoobenthos species with mangrove species and to analyze the interactions that occur between macrozoobenthos species and mangrove species found in the mangrove ecosystem area of Naga Permai Beach, Kuala Pesisir District, Nagan Raya Regency. The method used is the Quadrat Sampling. The objects in this study were macrozoobenthos species and mangrove species found in each observation station. This research was conducted in December 2021. The parameters measured were macrozoobenthos species composition, mangrove species composition, associations of macrozoobenthos species with mangrove species and interactions of macrozoobenthos species with mangrove species. The results showed that the composition of macrozoobenthos species associated with mangrove ecosystems consisted of 2 phyla, 3 classes, 7 families with 16 species. The composition of Mangrove Species found as many as 10 plant species that occupied the Nagamai beach area included in the true mangrove category. The interaction between macrozoobenthos species and mangrove species in the mangrove ecosystem area of Naga Permai Beach, Kuala Pesisir District, Nagan Raya Regency is a positive interaction.
