Manajemen memiliki peran penting terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran
Anak Usia Dini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) perencanaan
manajemen pembelajaran anak usia dini; (2) pelaksanaan manajemen
pembelajaran anak usia dini dalam perpektif Islam; (3) evaluasi manajemen
pembelajaran anak usia dini dalam perpektif Islam; (4) Mendeskripsikan program
pembelajaran dalam perspektif Islam; dan (5) Mengetahui faktor pendukung dan
penghambat dalam proses manajemen pembelajaran anak usia dini di TKIT Insan
Madani. Teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan
kesimpulan. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru senior, guru
pendamping dan pengawas sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui
wawancara, observasi dan study dokumentasi, penyajian data, dan penarikan
kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Perencanaan program disusun
secara bersama-sama pada setiap akhir tahun ajaran melalui kegiatan rapat kerja
guru, program yang disusun adalah penyusunan program tahunan, program
semester, RPPM, RPPH, menyusun langkah-langkah perencanan pembelajaran,
penyusunan pembelajaran dapat diterapkan dengan baik melalui kerjasama
dengan guru kelas dan orang tua; (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang digunakan
adalah menggunakan model sentra, adapun sentra yang diterapkan yaitu sentra
main peran, sentra seni kreatifitas, sentra balok, sentra sains, sentra persiapan,
Pengaplikasian pendidikan dalam perspektif Islam melalui pembiasaan karakter
Islam sejak dini, pengerjaan shalat dhuha disekolah, pembacaan asmaul husna,
berdoa sebelum dan sesudah mengerjakan kegiatan, melakukan kegiatan
beribadah sehari-hari, mengulang surat-surat pendek dalam Alquran; (3) Evaluasi
yang dilakukan guru melalui beberapa teknik penilaian yaitu penilaian observasi,
unjuk kerja, penilaian hasil karya dan anekdot, unjuk kerja. Evaluasi dilaksanakan
pada setiap akhir semester; dan (4) Faktor hambatan yaitu faktor internal, kurang
pemahaman guru tentang kurikulum, kurang motivasi, Kurangnya minat baca
guru, sulitnya memilih tema yang harus disesuaikan dengan minat anak. Faktor
eksternal kurang aktif dalam berpartisipasi orang tua ananda.

Learning management plays an essential role in improving the quality of Early Childhood Learning. It also can be seen as an effort to manage the process of learning activities in providing the best education for children and helping their growth and development. This study aimed to examine the planning, implementation, evaluation, and obstacles faced in the implementation of early childhood learning with an Islamic perspective at Insan Madani TKIT (Integrated Islamic Kindergarten) in Ulee Kareng Subdistrict, Banda Aceh City. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data of this study were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The principal, senior teachers, and companion teachers were the subject of this study. The results showed that: (1) the preparation of learning programs is carried out in teacher meetings at the end of each academic year. The programs compiled include annual programs, semester programs, weekly lesson implementation plans (RPPM), daily lesson implementation plans (RPPH), and the lesson planning steps. Moreover, the coordination between classroom teachers and the student's parents is indispensable in implementing expected learning planning; (2) The learning activity is implemented through a center method (metode Sentra), namely the role-playing-centered, the creative arts-centered, the blocks-centered, the science-centered, and the preparation-centered. Furthermore, learning activity in the Islamic perspective is conducted by inculcating Islamic character in children from an early age through performing Dhuha prayers at school, reciting Asmaul Husna (names of Allah), praying before and after daily activities, and repeating short Surahs in the Qur'an; (3) Evaluation is carried out daily, weekly, and at the end of each semester by teachers through several assessment techniques, i.e., observation, performances, works, and anecdotes assessment; (4) Teachers’ inability to adapt to curriculum changes, less motivation, and lack of interest in reading were some of the obstacles faced during the implementation of the program. The teachers also faced difficulty in choosing themes that suit students’ interests. Keywords: Learning management, early childhood, and Islamic perspective
