This study aims to develop a teaching module with a guided inquiry model based on blended learning so that it can be applied to the independent curriculum. This type of research is Research and Development with the ADDIE development model namely 1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation. In this study, the teaching modules were only developed to the development stage, while the implementation and evaluation stages would be continued after this research was completed. The subjects of this study were physics teachers and students of class XI Health-2 at SMAN Banda Aceh. The feasibility of teaching modules was measured by expert validation tests, practicality tests, and the responses given to research subjects. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire instrument. The results of the research data are then processed using percentages. The results of the material expert validation test showed a percentage of 99.7%, the construction expert validation test was 91.5%, and the practicality test was 92.5% with a very valid category. In addition, the results of the teacher response test were also obtained by 96.2% and the student response test by 88% in the very good category. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the guided inquiry teaching module based on blended learning that has been developed is feasible to be applied in the learning process in the independent curriculum.
