Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Student Teams Achievment Division Berbantuan Media Archery Dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Sejarah Siswa Kelas XI IPS 4 SMA Negeri 1 Mutiarara”. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pelaksanaan model pembelajaran STAD berbantuan media Archery dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran sejarah Kelas XI IPS 4 SMA Negeri 1 Mutiara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS 4 SMA Negeri 1 Mutiara dan sampelnya terdiri dari 25 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh pelaksanaan model pembelajaran STAD berbantuan media Archery dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran sejarah kelas Kelas XI IPS 4 SMA Negeri 1 Mutiara dengan perhitungan nilai signifikan yang memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,000 kurang 0,05 dan nilai t yaitu sebesar 5.875 besar 2,309. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa variabel model pembelajaran STAD berbantuan Archery mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dengan hipotesis penelitian tolak H0 dan terima Ha. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya pelaksanaan model pembelajaran STAD berbantuan media Archery mempengaruhi peningkatan motivasi siswa dalam proses belajar.

This research is entitled "The Influence of the Student Teams Achievement Division Learning Model Assisted by Archery Media in Increasing Motivation for Learning History in Class XI IPS 4 Students of SMA Negeri 1 Mutiarara". The aim of this research is to find out the effect of implementing the STAD learning model assisted by Archery media in increasing students' learning motivation in the history subject of Class XI IPS 4 SMA Negeri 1 Mutiara. This research uses a quantitative approach and experimental research type. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPS 4 SMA Negeri 1 Mutiara and the sample consisted of 25 students. The data collection technique in the research was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Based on the research results, it is known that there is an influence of the implementation of the STAD learning model assisted by Archery media in increasing students' learning motivation in the history subject of Class 5,875 big 2,309. These results indicate that the STAD learning model variable assisted by Archery has a significant influence in increasing student learning motivation with the research hypothesis rejecting H0 and accepting Ha. This shows that the implementation of the STAD learning model assisted by Archery media influences increasing student motivation in the learning process.
