Penelitian ini berjudul Dampak Pandemi Covid-19 Terhadap Proses Belajar Mengajar: Studi
Kasus di MAN 1 Banda Aceh. Salah satu dampak dari pandemi Covid-19 adalah adanya
pengaruh yang cukup besar terhadap aktivitas di bidang pendidikan di Aceh, khususnya di
Kota Banda Aceh. Selama pandemi Covid-19 ini pembelajaran daring yang cukup lama telah
memberi pengaruh yang besar pada kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengetahui dampak pandemi Covid-19 dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah di Kota
Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Wawancara
semi terstruktur dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan data primer dari lapangan. Baik guru
maupun siswa di MAN 1 Model Banda Aceh yang mengalami proses belajar mengajar di
masa pandemi akan dipilih sebagai informan. Pemilihan informan mempertimbangkan
keseimbangan gender. Pertanyaan diformulasikan untuk memahami persepsi guru dan murid
terhadap dampak pandemi Covid-19 pada proses belajar-mengajar. Data yang sudah
diperoleh dari para informan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan koding. Dampak
pandemi Covid-19 terhadap proses belajar mengajar di sekolah bisa dilihat dari data
terkodifikasi yang terkodifikasi secara lengkap dan tepat. Berdasarkan penelitian yang sudah
dilakukan ditemukan hasil: a) Dampak positif pasca pandemi Covid-19 terhadap proses
belajar mengajar yaitu penguasaan teknologi digital, penguasaan media belajar, mensyukuri
kemudahan belajar tatap muka, komunikasi lebih lancar, peningkatan kemampuan belajar,
peningkatan kepedulian terhadap kesehatan, dan peningkatan kemandirian. b) Dampak
negatif pasca pandemi Covid-19 terhadap proses belajar mengajar yaitu melebarnya
kesenjangan sosial, kurangnya penguasaan materi, pengulangan materi, permasalahan
menulis, kesulitan dalam menejemen diri (misalkan bangun pagi tepat waktu),
kesulitanberadaptasi dengan jadwal baru, menurunnya kedisiplinan, dan adanya kebijakan
sekolah yang tidak sesuai. c) Dampak negatif selama pandemi Covid-19 terhadap proses
belajar mengajar yaitu adanya masalah komunikasi, tingkat pemahaman materi berkurang,
kendala kuota dan jaringan internet, kurangnya persiapan, menegemen waktu, tantangan
pembelajaran, permasalahan ekonomi, keterbatasan interaksi, kurangnya pengawasan dan
fasilitas yang tidak tersedia. Berdasarkan hasil temuan dalam penelitian maka partisipan
menyarankan agar pembelajaran daring harus diiringi sarana dan prasarana yang cukup,
penerapan protokol kesehatan dengan disiplin didukung oleh semua pihak, perlu disediakan
pedoman dan pelatihan pembelajaran secara teknis bagi guru dan siswa, penyesuaian
kurikulum, dan stakeholder harus mempertimbangkan situasi ekonomi yang memburuk yang
mempengaruhi siswa dalam belajar.

This research is titled The Impact of Covid-19 Pandemic on Teaching and Learning Process: A Case Study at MAN 1 Banda Aceh. One of the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic is the significant influence on the educational activities in Aceh, especially in Banda Aceh City. During this Covid-19 pandemic, the long online learning has had a great impact on the quality of learning. This research aims to find out the impact of Covid-19 pandemic on the teaching and learning activities at schools in Banda Aceh City. This research was conducted using qualitative method. Semi-structured interviews were conducted to collect primary data from the field. Both teachers and students at MAN 1 Model Banda Aceh who experienced the teaching and learning process during the pandemic were selected as informants. The selection of informants considered gender balance. Questions were formulated to understand the perception of teachers and students on the impact of Covid-19 pandemic on the teaching and learning process. The data obtained from the informants were then analyzed using coding. The impact of Covid-19 pandemic on the teaching and learning process at schools can be seen from the coded data that are coded completely and accurately. Based on the research that has been done, the results are: a) The positive impact of post Covid-19 pandemic on the teaching and learning process are the mastery of digital technology, the mastery of learning media, being grateful for the ease of face-to-face learning, smoother communication, improved learning ability, increased awareness of health, and increased independence. b) The negative impact of post Covid-19 pandemic on the teaching and learning process are the widening of social gap, the lack of mastery of material, the repetition of material, the writing problem, the difficulty in self-management (such as waking up on time), the difficulty in adapting to the new schedule, the decline of discipline, and the existence of school policies that are not appropriate. c) The negative impact during Covid-19 pandemic on the teaching and learning process are the communication problem, the reduced level of understanding of material, the constraint of quota and internet network, the lack of preparation, time management, learning challenges, economic problems, limited interaction, lack of supervision and unavailable facilities. Based on the findings in the research, the participants suggested that online learning should be accompanied by adequate facilities and infrastructure, the implementation of health protocols with discipline supported by all parties, guidelines and technical training for teachers and students should be provided, curriculum adjustment, and stakeholders should consider the worsening economic situation that affects students in learning.
