Partai Aceh merupakan salah satu partai lokal Aceh yang memiliki elektabilitas tinggi di Aceh, tentu ini menjadi tuntutan untuk Partai Aceh dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya dengan baik sebagai partai lokal Aceh yang memiliki elektabilitas tinggi. Partai Aceh ialah bagian dari penyelesaian politik dengan Gerakan Aceh Merdeka (GAM) untuk membangun perdamaian di provinsi tersebut dengan persetujuan Gerakan Aceh Merdeka GAM untuk menghentikan tindakan kekerasan dalam mencapai tujuan mereka di bawah NKRI. Untuk itu diperlukan adanya peran dan fungsi partai Aceh sebagai pejuang aspirasi rakyat dalam mengatasi konflik yang terjadi. Parpol yang amanah ialah pihak yang mampu berkomunikasi secara intens dengan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ialah untuk mengetahui efektivitas Partai Aceh sebagai sarana pengatur konflik di Aceh dan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi Partai Aceh sebagai sarana pengatur konflik. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan data analisis melali dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah teori manajemen konflik, teori partai politik dan teori efektivitas. Hasil penelitian menujukkan Partai Aceh sebagai partai politik lokal, kontribusi dan keterlibatan Partai Aceh sangat dipengaruhi oleh masih memandang partai Aceh sebagai partai politik lokal yang keberadaannya tidak dikesempingkan oleh partai politik lainnya, segala keputusan pun pasti harus turut andil partai Aceh sebagai bentuk memiliki komitmen yang kongkret dan keselarasan terkait visi- misi partai yang merupakan repesentatif dari suara masyarakat Aceh, mengenai masih melemahnya elektabilitas partai Aceh sangat terlihat para elit ddan tokoh diinternal partai Aceh yang masih berkonflik dan terbuka sehingga banyaknya kubu-kubu dalam posisi tubuh parati Aceh seharusnya ketegangan antar elit didalamnya sebaiknya bisa dimusyawarahkan secara bijak dan ketentuan mekanisme Partai Aceh sendiri sehingga dinamika konflik yang seharusnya bisa teratasi dengan baik bisa terlaksana dengan semestinya.

Aceh Party is one of the local Aceh parties that has high electability in Aceh, of course this is a demand for Aceh Party to be able to carry out its functions and roles well as a local Aceh party that has high electability. Partai Aceh is part of the political settlement with the Free Aceh Movement (GAM) to build peace in the province with the agreement of the Free Aceh Movement GAM to stop acts of violence in achieving their goals under the Republic of Indonesia. For this reason, it is necessary to have the role and function of the Aceh party as a champion of the people's aspirations in overcoming the conflict that occurred. A trustworthy political party is one that is able to communicate intensely with the community. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the Aceh Party as a means of regulating conflict in Aceh and to determine the factors that influence the Aceh Party as a means of regulating conflict. The approach in this research uses a descriptive qualitative approach and data analysis through documentation and interviews. The theories used in this research are conflict management theory, political party theory and effectiveness theory. The results showed that the Aceh Party currently still dominates in politics in Aceh in terms of influence and power possessed by the direction of government policy when it is closely related to the participation of the Aceh Party in it, although in terms of decreasing legislative seats in the DPRA, the existence of the Aceh Party still has an influence. Factors that make the electability of the Aceh party decline if examined from the conflicts concerning the officials and party elites who are not harmonious with each other and it will harm the Aceh Party itself in the political arena and can be utilized by other political party opponents. The Aceh Party has a concrete commitment and alignment related to the party's vision and mission which is representative of the voice of the Acehnese people, the tension between the elites in it should be discussed wisely and the provisions of the Aceh Party's own mechanisms so that the dynamics of conflict that should be resolved properly can be carried out properly.
