ABSTRAK

Crowfunding adalah tempat pendanaan untuk mereka yang membutuhkan modal dalam mengembangkan bisnis mereka, sehingga nantinya dana tersebut dikumpulkan dari beberapa orang untuk mencapai sesuatu permodalan. Untuk dapat meringankan beban usaha, maka sangat diperlukan pembentukan website crowdfunding agar para pelaku UMKM mendapatkan modal dari pemodal atau investor. Agar ini tercapai keinginan tersebut, maka perlu pembentukan website crowdfunding UMKM agar kemudahan dalam bertransaksi serta penyaluran modal dapat terlaksanakan dengan baik. Mereka akan saling terhubung dan akan saling merangkul dalam mengembangkan bisnis yang akan dijalankan oleh para pelaku UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah website crowdfunding yang memanfaatkan arsitektur microservice dan sistem pembayaran real-time menggunakan midtrans. Aplikasi ini diuji dengan metode yaitu black box testing sebagai pengujian fungsionalitas dari fitur-fitur dari seluruh website. Hasil dari pengujian black box bernilai berhasil untuk semua fitur yang berarti adanya kesesuaian antara desain dengan implementasi sistem. Hasil penelitian ini tidak hanya memberikan kontribusi praktis dalam pengembangan platform crowdfunding bagi UMKM, tetapi juga memberikan wawasan tentang implementasi teknologi terkini dalam konteks pendanaan bisnis. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat membantu memperkuat ekosistem UMKM secara keseluruhan.

ABSTRACT Crowdfunding serves as a financing platform for those in need of capital to develop their businesses, whereby funds are aggregated from multiple individuals to achieve a certain level of capitalization. To alleviate the business burdens, the establishment of a crowdfunding website is crucial to facilitate micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) in accessing funding from investors. To realize this objective, the development of UMKM focused crowdfunding websites is essential to ensure smooth transaction processes and effective capital distribution. They will be interconnected and mutually supportive in developing businesses undertaken by UMKM. This research aims to develop a crowdfunding website utilizing microservice architecture and real-time payment systems using Midtrans. The application is tested using black box testing methodology to assess the functionality of all website features comprehensively. The results of the black box testing indicate successful outcomes for all features, signifying alignment between design and system implementation. This research not only provides practical contributions to the development of crowdfunding platforms for UMKM but also offers insights into the implementation of cutting-edge technology in the business funding context.
