ABSTRAK
Pulau Weh memiliki kawasan konservasi perairan yang disebut dengan Kawasan Konservasi Perairan Pesisir Timur Pulau Weh (KKP PTPW) Kota Sabang. KKP PTPW memiliki potensi perikanan yang semakin meningkat selama adanya KKP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keanekaragaman jenis ikan, panjang berat spesies ikan dan melihat status konservasinya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli 2023 bertempat di Kawasan Konservasi Perairan Pesisir Timur Pulau Weh (KKP PTPW) Kota Sabang. Penelitian ini bersifat eksploratif yang dimana untuk mengamati atau mencari tahu suatu informasi yang berada dalam lingkup penelitian. Proses pengambilan sampel berdasarkan semua jenis hasil tangkapan nelayan yang didaratkan, proses pengukuran panjang dan berat, proses identifikasi dan ditentukan status konservasi setiap ikan. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan sebanyak 14 ordo yang termasuk dalam 29 famili, 70 genus dan 136 spesies. KKP PTPW dan sekitarnya didominasi oleh spesies yang berasal dari ordo Perciformes. Keanekaragaman spesies ikan tertinggi terdapat di stasiun 2 sebesar 4,55, dan stasiun 1 termasuk dalam katagori sedang sebesar 2,88. Keseragaman spesies ikan di stasiun 2 dapat dikategorikan tinggi yaitu sebesar 0,77, dan stasiun 1 termasuk dalam katagori sedang sebesar 0,43. Dominansi spesies ikan pada 3 stasiun tergolong dalam kategori rendah. Berdasarkan status ancaman daftar merah IUCN didominasi katagori “Least concern” dengan jumlah 122 spesies (92 %). Berdasarkan CITES, 136 spesies ikan dikatagorikan Tidak Dievaluasi.

ABSTRACT Pulau Weh has a marine conservation area called the Pulau Weh East Coastal Marine Conservation Area (KKP PTPW) Sabang. The PTPW KKP has increasing fisheries potential during the existence of the KKP. This research aims to analyze the diversity of fish species and see their conservation status. This research was carried out in July 2023 at the Pulau Weh East Coastal Water Conservation Area (KKP PTPW) Sabang. This research is exploratory in nature, which is to observe or find out information that is within the scope of the research. The sampling process is based on all types of fishermen's catches landed, the process of measuring length and weight, the identification process and determining the conservation status of each fish. The results of this research found 14 orders belonging to 29 families, 70 genera and 136 species. The PTPW MPA is dominated by species from the order Perciformes. The highest fish species diversity was at station 2 at 4.55, and station 1 was included in the medium category at 2.88. The uniformity of fish species at station 2 can be categorized as high, namely 0.77, and station 1 is included in the medium category at 0.43. The dominance of fish species at 3 stations is in the low category. Based on the IUCN red list threat status, it is dominated by the "Least concern" category with a total of 122 species (92%).
