ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perceived Career Support dan Career Adaptability terhadap Work Performance yang dimediasi oleh Work Engagement pada Bank Aceh Syariah Banda Aceh. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan total populasi yang digunakan sebanyak 68 karyawan pada Bank Aceh Syariah (BAS) Banda Aceh. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan teknik Path Analysis dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Perceived Career Support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Work Performance pada karyawan Bank Aceh Syariah (BAS) area Banda Aceh. (2) Career Adaptability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Work Performance pada karyawan Bank Aceh Syariah (BAS) area Banda Aceh. (3) Perceived Career Support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Work Engagement pada karyawan Bank Aceh Syariah (BAS) area Banda Aceh (4) Career Adaptability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Work Engagement pada karyawan Bank Aceh Syariah (BAS) area Banda Aceh (5) Work Engagement tidak berpengaruh terhadap Work Performance pada karyawan Bank Aceh Syariah (BAS) area Banda Aceh (6) Perceived Career Support tidak berpengaruh terhadap Work Performance dengan Work Engagement sebagai variabel mediasi (7) Career Adaptability tidak berpengaruh terhadap Work Performance dengan Work Engagement sebagai variabel mediasi.

THE INFLUENCE OF PERCEIVED CAREER SUPPORT AND CAREER ADAPTABILITY ON WORK PERFORMANCE MEDIATED BY WORK ENGAGEMENT AT BANK ACEH BANDA ACEH ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the influence of Perceived Career Support and Career Adaptability on Work Performance mediated by Work Engagement at Bank Aceh Syariah Banda Aceh. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with a total population of 68 employees at Bank Aceh Syariah (BAS) Banda Aceh. Hypothesis testing uses Path Analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS application. The research results show that (1) Perceived Career Support has a positive and significant effect on Work Performance of Bank Aceh Syariah (BAS) employees in the Banda Aceh area. (2) Career Adaptability has a positive and significant effect on Work Performance of Bank Aceh Syariah (BAS) employees in the Banda Aceh area. (3) Perceived Career Support has a positive and significant effect on Work Engagement among Bank Aceh Syariah (BAS) employees in the Banda Aceh area (4) Career Adaptability has a positive and significant effect on Work Engagement among Bank Aceh Syariah (BAS) employees in the Banda Aceh area (5) Work Engagement has no effect on Work Performance of Bank Aceh Syariah (BAS) employees in the Banda Aceh area (6) Perceived Career Support has no effect on Work Performance with Work Engagement as a mediating variable (7) Career Adaptability has no effect on Work Performance with Work Engagement as a variable mediation.
