Perlakuan terdiri dari 1 kali aplikasi ekstrak etil asetat babadotan 20 %, 2 kali aplikasi ekstrak etil asetat babadotan 20 %, 1 kali aplikasi ekstrak etil asetat babadotan 20% + Clomazone ½ dosis, 2 kali aplikasi ekstrak etil asetat babadotan 20 % + Clomazone ½ dosis, 1 kali aplikasi ekstrak etil asetat babadotan 20 % + Clomazone ¼ dosis, 2 kali aplikasi ekstrak etil asetat babadotan 20 % + Clomazone ¼ dosis, kontrol negatif (aquades) dan kontrol positif (Clomazone 480 g/L b.a ha-1).

Abstract. The use of bioherbicides from plant extracts containing allelopathic compounds can be used as an alternative in minimizing the use of synthetic herbicides. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of application interval of ethyl acetate extract of billygoat weed and Clomazone herbicide on the growth of teki weed. This research was conducted at the Weed Science Laboratory of the Department of Agrotechnology, Faculty of Agriculture, Food and Agricultural Products Analysis Laboratory of the Department of Agricultural Products Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, Research Laboratory of the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences and Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh. This research took place from December 2023-March 2024. The basic materials used in this study were billygoat weed (Ageratum conyzoides L.), ethyl acetate solvent, Clomazone herbicide and teki weed (Cyperus rotundus L.) as an indicator weed. The treatments consisted of 1 application of 20% billygoat weed ethyl acetate extract, 2 applications of 20% billygoat weed ethyl acetate extract, 1 application of 20% billygoat weed ethyl acetate extract + Clomazone ½ dose, 2 applications of 20% billygoat weed ethyl acetate extract + Clomazone ½ dose, 1 application of 20% Billygoat weed ethyl acetate extract + Clomazone ¼ dose, 2 applications of 20% billygoat weed ethyl acetate extract + Clomazone ¼ dose, negative control (distilled water) and positive control (Clomazone 480 g/L b. a ha-1). This study used a Completely Randomized Design non-factorial pattern with 3 replications. The results showed that the treatment of 2 times the application of 20% billygoat weed ethyl acetate extract mixed with ½ dose of Clomazone herbicide was a better treatment in inhibiting the growth of height, number of leaves, chlorophyll content, number of tubers, dry weight of tubers, and crown dry weight in teki weeds. The treatment was able to control teki weeds by 60.00% at 21 DAA which fell into the category of moderate effect control, followed by the treatment of 2 times application of 20% billygoat weed ethyl acetate extract + Clomazone ¼ dose which was able to control teki weeds by 58.33% and the treatment of 2 times application of 20% billygoat weed ethyl acetate extract which was able to control teki weeds by 42.50%.
