Kedelai (Glycine max L. Merrill) adalah tumbuhan leguminosa yang dijadikan sumber utama minyak dan protein nabati dunia. Salah satu upaya meningkatkan produksi kedelai adalah dengan menggunakan varietas unggul yang mampu beradaptasi dengan baik dalam berbagai kondisi lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh jarak tanam dan galur terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil galur mutan Kipas Merah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Rumpet, Kecamatan Krueng Barona Jaya, Aceh Besar dari bulan juni 2023 sampai Agustus 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial 3 x 4 dengan 3 ulangan, sehingga terdapat 36 satuan percobaan. Masing-masing plot percobaan terdiri atas 16 lubang tanam dengan jarak tanam 40 x 20 cm, 40 cm x 30 cm, 40 cm x 40 cm, dari 16 tanaman terdapat 4 tanaman sampel.Varietas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kipas Merah, Galur mutan A1, Galur Mutan A2 dan Galur Mutan A11. Parameter yang diamati terdiri dari tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang, umur berbunga, jumlah cabang produktif, jumlah polong pertanaman, jumlah polong bernas pertanaman, jumlah biji pertanaman, berat biji pertanaman, berat 100 biji, berat biji perplot dan potensi hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perlakuan jarak tanam berpengaruh sangat nyata pada parameter jumlah cabang produktif dan potensi hasil, namun berpengaruh tidak nyata pada parameter tinggi tanaman umur 14, 21, 28, dan 35 HST, jumlah cabang umur 21, 28, 35 HST, umur berbunga, jumlah polong pertanaman, jumlah polong bernas pertanaman, jumlah biji pertanaman, berat biji pertanaman, berat 100 butir biji kering, dan berat biji perplot. Perlakuan galur berpengaruh sangat nyata pada parameter tinggi tanaman umur 14, 21, 28, dan 35 HST, jumlah cabang umur 35 HST, umur berbunga, jumlah cabang produktif, jumlah polong bernas pertanaman, dan jumlah biji petanaman, berpengaruh nyata pada parameter berat biji pertanaman dan berat biji perplot, namun berpengaruh tidak nyata pada parameter jumlah cabang umur 21 dan 28 HST, berat 100 butir biji kering, dan potensi hasil. Interaksi antara jarak tanam dengan galur berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 28 HST dan jumlah cabang produktif.

Soybean (Glycine max L. Merrill) is a legume plant which is the world's main source of vegetable oil and protein. One effort to increase soybean production is to use superior varieties that are able to adapt well to various environmental conditions. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of planting distance and lines on the growth and yield of the Kipas Merah mutant line. This research was conducted in Rumpet Village, Krueng Barona Jaya District, Aceh Besar from June 2023 to August 2023. This research used a Randomized Group Design (RAK) with a 3 x 4 factorial pattern with 3 replications, so there were 36 experimental units. Each experimental plot consists of 16 planting holes with a spacing of 40 x 20 cm, 40 cm x 30 cm, 40 cm x 40 cm. Of the 16 plants there are 4 sample plants. The varieties used in this research are Kipas Merah, Mutant strain. A1, A2 Mutant Line and A11 Mutant Line. The parameters observed consisted of plant height, number of branches, flowering age, number of productive branches, number of pods per plant, number of fruity pods per plant, number of seeds per plant, weight of seeds per plant, weight of 100 seeds, weight of seeds per plot and yield potential. The results of the research showed that the plant spacing treatment had a very significant effect on the parameters of the number of productive branches and yield potential, but had no significant effect on the parameters of plant height aged 14, 21, 28 and 35 HST, number of branches aged 21, 28, 35 HST, age at flowering. , number of pods per plant, number of fruity pods per plant, number of seeds per plant, weight of seeds per plant, weight of 100 dry seeds, and weight of seeds per plot. The line treatment had a very significant effect on the height parameters of plants aged 14, 21, 28 and 35 HST, the number of branches aged 35 DAP, flowering age, number of productive branches, number of fruity pods planted, and number of seeds planted, had a significant effect on the parameters of seed weight planted. and seed weight per plot, but had no significant effect on the parameters of the number of branches aged 21 and 28 HST, the weight of 100 dry seeds, and yield potential.
