Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dana bagi hasil dan pendapatan asli daerah terhadap aset tetap infrastruktur dengan belanja modal sebagai mediator pada pemerintah provinsi di indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan pemerintah provinsi di indonesia tahun 2018 hingga tahun 2022 dengan sampel 138 laporan keuangan yang memenuhi kriteria tujuan penelitian. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan pemerintah provinsi di indonesia tahun 2018 hingga tahun 2022. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, uji mediasi, uji koefisien determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesis, yang terdiri dari analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pendekatan analysis path. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa dana bagi hasil dan pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap belanja modal. dana bagi hasil dan pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap aset tetap infrastruktur. Dana bagi hasil dan pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh terhadap aset tetap infrastruktur yang dimediasi secara parsial oleh belanja modal.

This study aims to examine the effect of revenue sharing fund and local own-source revenue on infrastructure fixed assets with capital expenditure as a mediating variable in provincial governments in Indonesia. The population in this study is the financial statements of from provincial governments in Indonesia from 2018 to 2022, with a sample of 138 financial statements that meet the research objectives. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of financial reports from provincial governments in Indonesia from 2018 to 2022. The data analysis method includes descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, mediation test, determination coefficient test, and hypothesis testing, which consists of multiple linear regression analysis using a path analysis approach. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that revenue sharing fund and local own-source revenue have a positive and significant effect on capital expenditure. Revenue sharing fund and local own-source revenue have a positive and significant effect on infrastructure fixed assets. Revenue sharing fund and local own-source revenue affect infrastructure fixed assets partially mediated by capital expenditure.
