Bagaimana fenomena kegagalan kadernisasi partai politik oleh DPD Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan (PDIP) DPR-RI Daerah Pemilihan Aceh 1 Pada Pemilu 2024 Bagaimana sistem pencalonan Calon Legislatif (Caleg) dari kader partai oleh DPD Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan (PDI- P) Provinsi Aceh pada Pemilu 2024 Mendeskripsikan Fenomena kegagalan kadernisasi partai DPD PDI-Perjuangan Provinsi Aceh dalam melakukan pemanasan untuk memperoleh kader-kader yang berkualitas. Mendeskripsikan sistem pencalonan Calon Legislatif (Caleg) dari kader partai oleh DPD Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan (PDI-P) Provinsi Aceh pada Pemilu 2024. Metode Penelitian ini adalah Kualitatif Mengenai AD/ART yang disahkan oleh Calon Legislatif yang berasal dari Daerah Pemilihan Aceh 1 adalah ,Sesuai dengan Anggaran Rumah Tangga (ART) BAB I BAGIAN KETIGA Pasal 7 ayat 2 Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan, Ketentuan mengenai rekrutmen dan seleksi anggota Partai untuk ditugaskan di Lembaga Legislatif diatur bahwa Anggota Partai atau kader minimal memiliki masa bakti di partai 6 bulan baru kemudian selanjutnya partai Anggota atau Kader tersebut dapat dicalonkan menjadi Calon Legilatif (Caleg), dalam hal ini peneliti melihat bahwa Calon Legislatif(Caleg) Daerah Pemilihan Aceh 1 Nomor urut 7 yakni Dahlan Jamaluddin yang di rekomendasikan oleh DPD Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan Aceh. Pola Rekrutmen yang diterapkan oleh Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan dalam menghadapi Pemilu 2024 lalu, dimana PDIP melakukan yang namanya pola rekrutmen terbuka. Dalam proses ini, PDIP Aceh bertanggung jawab dalam menentukan figur-figur politik yang tepat dan sesuai dengan harapan masyarakat. PDIP Aceh tidak hanya mengadalkan kader-kader internal, namun dalam Pemilu 2024 lalu juga mengadalkan para kader eksternal yang berasal dari tokoh masyarakat, mantan tokoh pergerakan Aceh merdeka, para mantan pejabat daerah yang memiliki popularitas maupun elektabilitas yang bagus. Diperkirakan PDI-Perjuangan mampu memberikan peluang terhadap kader internal sebagi caleg baik di tingkat pusat, provinsi dan Kabupaten/Kota. Diharapkan PDI-Perjuangan melakukan Reaktualisasi strategi di wilayah-wilayah yang bukan merupakan basis PDI-Perjuangan.

How is the phenomenon of the failure of political party cadre formation by the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP) DPR-RI Electoral District Aceh 1 in the 2024 Election? How is the nomination system for Legislative Candidates (Caleg) from party cadres by the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) DPD Aceh Province in the 2024 Election? Describe the phenomenon of the failure of party cadre formation by the PDI-P DPD Aceh Province in warming up to obtain quality cadres. Describes the nomination system for Legislative Candidates (Caleg) from party cadres by the DPD of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) of Aceh Province in the 2024 Election. This research method is Qualitative Regarding the AD/ART ratified by Legislative Candidates from the Aceh 1 Electoral District, namely, in accordance with the Bylaws (ART) CHAPTER I PART THREE Article 7 paragraph 2 of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle, Provisions regarding the recruitment and selection of Party members to be assigned to the Legislative Institution are regulated that Party Members or cadres have a minimum service period of 6 months in the party, then the party Member or Cadre can be nominated as a Legislative Candidate (Caleg), in this case the researcher saw that the Legislative Candidate (Caleg) for the Aceh 1 Electoral District Number 7, namely Dahlan Jamaluddin, who was recommended by the DPD of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle Aceh. The recruitment pattern implemented by the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle in facing the 2024 Election, where PDIP implemented an open recruitment pattern. In this process, PDIP Aceh is responsible for determining the right political figures and in accordance with the expectations of the community. PDIP Aceh does not only rely on internal cadres, but in the 2024 Election also relied on external cadres from community leaders, former figures of the Aceh independence movement, former regional officials who have good popularity and electability. It is estimated that PDI-Perjuangan will be able to provide opportunities for internal cadres as legislative candidates at the central, provincial and district/city levels.
