Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) adalah program pemerintah berupa pemberian dana langsung ke sekolah baik negeri maupun swasta untuk membantu biaya operasional sekolah nonpersonalia sebagai pelaksana program wajib belajar. Penggunaan dana BOS di sekolah harus didasarkan pada kesepakatan dan keputusan bersama antara tim pengelola BOS sekolah, dewan guru, dan komite sekolah yang harus didaftarkan sebagai salah satu sumber penerimaan dalam Rencana Kegiatandan Anggaran Sekolah/Rencana Anggaran Pendapatan Dan Belanja Sekolah (RKAS/RAPBS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran tim BOS Sekolah terhadap pengelolaan dana BOS Sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, bendahara, dan wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah peran tim BOS dalam pengelolaan dana BOS di SLB-CD YPAC Banda Aceh. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran tim BOS mencakup Perencana, Pelaksana dan juga Penanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan dana BOS. Tim BOS SLB-CD YPAC Banda Aceh telah melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya mulai dari perencanaan sampai dengan menyusun realisasi penggunaan dana BOS. Adapun kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah sudah sesuai dengan JUKNIS penggunaan dana BOS. Adapun faktor pendukung dalam pengelolaan dana BOS di SLB-CD YPAC Banda Aceh adalah dengan adanya pendampingan ibu pengawas, pelatihan mengenai dana BOS yang diadakan oleh dinas yang dapat membantu dalam mengelola dana BOS tersebut. Dan juga dengan tersedianya aplikasi ARKAS yang dapat membantu melihat seberapa jumlah pengeluaran belanja modal, seberapa jumlah pengeluaran belanja barang/jasa dan seberapa jumlah belanja pegawai. Sedangkan faktor penghambat dalam pengelolaan dana BOS di SLB-CD YPAC Banda Aceh yaitu terlambatnya dana BOS masuk sehingga dapat menghambat dalam pengelolaan dana BOS tersebut. Dalam mengatasi faktor penghambat tersebut pihak sekolah meminjam terlebih dahulu uang dari pihak yayasan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sekolah lalu uang tersebut akan dikembalikan setelah dana BOS sudah masuk.

Erlisa (2024). The Role of the School Operational Assistance Team (BOS) in Managing BOS Funds at SLB-CD YPAC Banda Aceh. [Thesis. Syiah Kuala University]. Under the guidance of Drs. Zakaria. M.Ed and Dr. Amiruddin, S.Pd., M.Si. School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS) is a government program in the form of providing funds directly to both state and private schools to help with non-personnel school operational costs as implementers of the compulsory education program. The use of BOS funds in schools must be based on a joint agreement and decision between the school BOS management team, teacher council, and school committee which must be registered as a source of revenue in the School Activity Plan and Budget/School Revenue and Expenditure Budget Plan (RKAS/RAPBS). This research aims to determine the role of the School BOS team in managing School BOS funds. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The subjects in this research were the principal, treasurer, and deputy principal as in the curriculum area. The object of this research is the role of the BOS team in managing BOS funds at SLB-CD YPAC Banda Aceh. Data collection techniques in this research are interviews, documentation and observation. The research results show that the role of the BOS team includes planners, implementers and also those responsible for managing BOS funds. The BOS SLB-CD YPAC Banda Aceh team has carried out its duties and responsibilities starting from planning to preparing the realization of the use of BOS funds. The activities carried out by the school are in accordance with the JUKNIS for the use of BOS funds. The supporting factors in managing BOS funds at SLB-CD YPAC Banda Aceh are the assistance of supervisors, training on BOS funds held by the department which can assist in managing the BOS funds. And also with the availability of the ARKAS application which can help see how much capital expenditure is spent, how much is spent on goods/services and how much is how much is spent on employees. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor in managing BOS funds at SLB-CD YPAC Banda Aceh is the late arrival of BOS funds which can hinder the management of BOS funds. To overcome these inhibiting factors, the school first borrows money from the foundation to fulfil the school's needs and then the money will be returned after the BOS incoming funds.
