ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Permintaan Air Bersih (PDAM) Rumah Tangga Miskin dan Kaya di Kota Banda Aceh. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder dengan persamaan regresi liniear berganda (multiple linear regression). Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil pengujian uji ANOVA ( Analisis Of Variance ) atau uji-f statistika hasil perhitungan statistik untuk rumah tangga miskin dan rumah tangga kaya memperlihatkan bahwa koefisien jumlah keluarga, pendapatan, harga air dan biaya lain berpengaruh signifikansi terhadap permintaan air bersih. Hasil regresi rumah tangga miskin dan rumah tangga kaya menunjukkan bahwa jumlah anggota keluarga, pendapatan, harga air dan biaya lain bernilai positif hal ini menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan jumlah anggota keluarga, pendapatan, harga air dan biaya lain akan meningkatkan permintaan air bersih. Di kota - kota besar kebutuhan air masih merupakan kebutuhan pokok oleh karena itu perlu perhatian pemerintah untuk mengontrol ketersediaan air supaya tidak tersendat atau macet. Kebijakan persediaan air oleh pemerintah kota harus mengikuti peningkatan keluarga atau pertumbuhan penduduk harga air dan pendapatan masyarakat.

ANALYZE OF THE DEMAND FOR CLEAN TAPPED WATER OF POOR HOUSEHOLDS RICH IN BANDA ACEH

ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze the demand for clean water (TAPS) of poor and wealthy Households in the city of Banda Aceh. The data used are the primary data and secondary by multiple regression equations liniear (multiple linear regression). From the results it can be concluded that the test results of test ANOVA (Analysis Of Variance) or f-test statistics statistical calculation results for poor households and households rich shows that the coefficient of the amount of family income, the price of water and the cost of other influential significance against the demand for clean water. The regression results of poor households and households rich shows that the number of family members, income, water prices and other costs is positive it indicates that any increase in the number of family members, income, water prices and other costs will increase demand for clean water. In large cities the water still needs is a basic requirement therefore need to the attention of the Government to control the availability of water is not choked or jammed. The policy of water supply by the City Government must follow an increase in family or population growth water prices and people's income.
