FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI HARGA DAGING SAPI DI PROVINSI ACEH

ABSTRAK



“Sapi merupakan bagian dari bahan pangan manusia karena banyak kegunaannya. Harga daging sapi lokal dari tahun ke tahun cenderung meningkat. Peningkatan produksi daging sapi belum dapat memenuhi permintaan daging sapi. Harga daging sapi sapi di Provinsi Aceh merupakan harga tertinggi di antara Provinsi lain di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi harga daging sapi di Provinsi Aceh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi harga daging sapi di Provinsi Aceh adalah permintaan daging sapi, produksi daging sapi dan harga daging sapi impor. Faktor-faktor tersebut secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga daging sapi di Provinsi Aceh. Secara parsial, harga daging impor berpengaruh nyata terhadap harga daging sapi lokal. Sedangkan permintaan dan produksi daging sapi lokal tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap harga daging sapi lokal. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena peningkatan produksi daging sapi lokal belum dapat memenuhi jumlah permintaan. Sehingga harga daging sapi lokal akan terus mengalami peningkatan. Maka dapat dikatakan, produksi daging sapi lokal dan permintaan tidak berpengaruh pada harga daging sapi lokal, karena harga daging sapi lokal akan terus meningkat setiap tahunnya, sampai tercapainya swasembada daging sapi dan permintaan dapat terpenuhi.”

ABSTRACT



“Cows are part of the human food because a lot of its usefulness . Local beef prices from year to year tend to increase. The raising of beef production can not fill the beef demand. The price of beef in Aceh province is the highest price among the other provinces in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the price of beef in Aceh province. The method that used in this study is a survey method of data collection techniques conducted with secondary data. Based on the results of this study showed that the factors that affect the price of beef in Aceh province is the beef demand, beef production and the price of imported beef. These factors simultaneously significantly effect on beef prices in Aceh Province. Partially, the price of imported beef significantly affect the price of local beef. While the beef demand and the beef production have no significantly effect on the price of local beef . This was due to an increasing in local beef production can not fill the demand . Then local beef prices will continue to increase. So that, local beef production and demand have no effect on the price of local beef, as local beef prices will continue to rise each year, until the achievement of self-sufficiency in beef and demand can be filled.”
