ABSTRAK
Nagan Raya merupakan salah satu wilayah di Provinsi Aceh yang berletak diwilayah Barat selatan. Tanah yang luas dan juga menarik para usaha untuk melakukan pembangunan dibidang ekonomi. Salah satunya yang saat ini terkenal adalah industri pengolahan kelapa sawit yang bergerak dibidang pengolahan minyak kelapa sawit mentah. Banyak bahan berbahaya yang keluar dari proses pengolahan minyak kelapa sawit tersebut. Maka dengan ini konsep produksi bersih hadir untuk mencegah terjadinya pencemaran yang semakin banyak. Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui masalah yang terjadi disetiap proses. Untuk mengetahui pemahaman karyawan terhadap penerapan produksi bersih pada proses pengelolaan minyak kelapa sawit. Untuk mengetahui respon masyarakat terhadap industri minyak kelapa sawit. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode deskriptif dengan melakukan wawancara, pembagian kuesinoer terhadap karyawan dan masyarakat dan pengamatan yang menjadi sumber sekunder sebagai bahan analisis yang menjadi sebab akibat terjadinya masalah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa permasalahan yang terjadi disetiap staisun proses produksi dapat diatasi dengan penerapan produksi bersih diantaranya dengan teknik good house kepping berupa (Tata cara operasi yang baik), recovery (pengumutan ulang) pelaksanaan SOP yang optimal, dan peningkatan pemahaman karyawan akan produksi bersih. Data hasil respon karyawan yang diperoleh sebagai berikut pada persentase (93.5%, 70.2% 62.2% ,70% dan 77%) Jawaban iya disetiap stasiun dan jawaban tidak memiliki angka persentase (6.5% , 29,4% 37,7% 30% 24.4%). Dari data respon masyarakat dapat dikategorikan baik dengan persetase disetiap pertanyaan diatas 70%. Hal ini menunjukan untuk pelaksanaan produksi bersih efektif di laksanakan di setiap masing-masing proses pengolahan

ABSTRACT Nagan Raya is one of the areas in Aceh Province which is located in the South West region. The land is vast and also attracts businesses to carry out economic development. One of them that is currently well known is the palm oil processing industry which is engaged in processing crude palm oil. Many hazardous materials come out of the palm oil processing process. So with this the concept of clean production is present to prevent the occurrence of more and more pollution. The purpose of this study is to find out the problems that occur in each process. To find out employees' understanding of the application of clean production in the palm oil management process. To find out the community's response to the palm oil industry. The method used in this study is a descriptive method by conducting interviews, distributing questionnaires to employees and the community and observations which are secondary sources as material for analysis that is the cause and effect of the problem. The results show that the problems that occur at each station of the production process can be overcome by implementing clean production including the good house kepping technique in the form of (good operating procedures), recovery (re-collection) of optimal SOP implementation, and increasing employee understanding of clean production. The employee response data obtained are as follows in percentages (93.5%, 70.2% 62.2% ,70% and 77%) The answer is yes at each station and the answer does not have a percentage number (6.5% , 29.4% 37.7% 30% 24.4 %). From the community response data, it can be categorized as good with the percentage of each question above 70%.
