ABSTRAK
Proses belajar mengajar Biologi khususnya pada materi struktur dan fungsi Jaringan tumbuhan, cenderung menggunakan metode cermah, hal ini terjadi karena keterbatasan media pendukung sehingga hasil belajar siswa banyak dibawah Nilai KKM (73). Model pembelajaran Picture and Picture merupakan suatu metode belajar yang menggunakan gambar yang dipasangkan atau diurutkan menjadi urutan logis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Picture and Picture di SMP Negeri 1 Blangpegayon. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan tekhnik One group pretest posttest design. Pengumpulan data dengan memberikan Pretest dan Posttest. Analisis data hasil belajar siswa menggunakan uji statistik t-test pada taraf signifikan 0,05. Hasil penelitian diperoleh t hitung = 4,2 > t tabel =1,6 maka dua rata-rata yang dibandingkan berbeda nyata secara signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa lebih tinggi dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Picture and Picture pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Blangpegayon pada materi stuktur dan fungsi jaringan tumbuhan.

ABSTRACT The teaching and learning process of Biology, especially on the structure and function of plant tissue, tends to use the lecture method, this happens because of the limitations of supporting media so that student learning outcomes are much below the KKM score (73). Picture and Picture learning model is a learning method that uses pictures that are paired or sorted into a logical sequence. This study aims to determine student learning outcomes in learning by applying the Picture and Picture learning model at SMP Negeri 1 Blangpegayon. The design of this study used the One group pretest posttest design technique. Collecting data by giving pretest and posttest. Data analysis of student learning outcomes used the t-test statistical test at a significant level of 0.05. The results showed that t count = 4.2 > t table = 1.6, then the two averages compared were significantly different. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that student learning outcomes are higher by applying the Picture and Picture learning model to class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Blangpegayon on the material of plant tissue structure and function.
