RINGKASAN
Studi kelayakan finansial merupakan sebuah penilaian mengenai rencana bisnis, tidak hanya menganalisis layak atau tidak layak suatu bisnis untuk dibangun, tetapi juga saat dijalankan secara rutin agar mencapai keuntungan yang maksimal dalam waktu yang tidak ditentukan. Tujuan dari penulisan Tugas Akhir ini ialah Untuk menganalisis jumlah biaya yang diperlukan dalam produksi, untuk mengetahui manfaat finansial, dan untuk mengetahui kelayakan finansial dari produksi Coffee Chips yang sedang dijalankan.
Lokasi Tugas Akhir ini dilaksanakan di Jalan Diponogoro No.14, Kecamatan Baiturrahman Kampung Baru, Kota Banda Aceh. Objek dan Ruang lingkup Tugas Akhir membahas tentang pengolahan kopi menjadi suatu produk dan bagaimana kelayakan usaha pada keripik kopi (Coffee Chips). Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah menggunakan metode eksperimen, yaitu dengan pembuatan langsung cemilan keripik kopi.
Hasil observasi yang digunakan pada kelayakan usaha keripik kopi yaitu dengan menggunakan rumus analisis biaya produksi, pendapatan dan jumlah keuntungan. Dan untuk menghitung kalayakan pada usaha ini, menggunakan rumus Break Event Point, Benefit Cost Ratio. Maka hasil dari analisis ini menunjukan bahwa biaya produksi yang digunakan pada usaha ini sebesar Rp. 24.116.000/Tahun, pendapatan selama satu tahun sebsar Rp. 42.000.000, untuk rata-rata keuntungan yang diperoleh dari kelayakan usaha keripik kopi (coffee chips) yaitu sebesar Rp.17.884.000 /tahun. Berdasarkan perhitungan kelyakan usaha diperoleh BEP produksi sebanyak 1.607/bungkus, BEP harga sebsar Rp. 8.612, dan nilai B/C Ratio sebesar 1,74 sehingga dapat disimpulakan bahwa usaha keripi kopi (coffee chips) layak untuk diusahakan.

SUMMARY Analysis Of The Financial Feasibility Of A Coffee Chips Business In Banda Aceh A financial feasibility study is an assessment of a business plan, not only analyzing whether it is feasible or not for a business to be built, but also when it is carried out regularly in order to achieve maximum profit in an unspecified time. The purpose of writing this Final Project is to analyze the amount of costs required in production, to find out the financial benefits, and to determine the financial feasibility of the Coffee Chips production being carried out. The location of this Final Project was carried out at Jalan Diponogoro No. 14, Baiturrahman Subdistrict, Kampung Baru, Banda Aceh City. Object and Scope of the Final Project discusses coffee processing into a product and how the business feasibility of coffee chips (Coffee Chips) is. The method used in writing this final project is to use an experimental method, namely by making coffee chip snacks directly. The results of the observations used on the feasibility of the coffee chips business are by using the analysis formula for production costs, income and total profits. And to calculate the feasibility of this business, use the Break Event Point formula, Benefit Cost Ratio. So the results of this analysis show that the production cost used in this business is Rp. 24,116,000/year, income for one year is Rp. 42,000,000, for the average profit obtained from the feasibility of the coffee chips business, which is Rp. 17,884,000 / year. Based on the business feasibility calculation, the production BEP is 1,607/pack, the BEP price is Rp. 8,612, and the B/C Ratio value is 1.74, so it can be concluded that the coffee chips business is feasible.
